✨ BOOKING POLICIES ✨ Thank you for choosing Ari.Acrylixs! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. 💳 DEPOSITS • A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Deposits may be transferred 1 time if you need to reschedule. • Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. 💅🏽 NAIL ART (SIMPLE, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED) • Send inspiration photo if unsure of what option best suits your design! • Failure to book accurately may limit the designs that can be completed during your appointment. Correct booking ensures adequate time is reserved for a particular design 🤍 ⏰ LATE POLICY • Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. ❌ CANCELLATIONS • Please communicate if your appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the booked service total. 💅 SOAK-OFFS & EXISTING PRODUCT • Please arrive with bare nails whenever possible. • If you have existing acrylic, gel, or other nail enhancements, a soak-off service must be added when booking. • Failure to book a required soak-off may result in a $10 soak-off fee being added to your service or your appointment being rescheduled if time does not permit. 🚫 FOREIGN FILLS • I do not perform fills over work completed by another nail technician. • Clients with existing product from another salon or technician must book a soak-off and full set. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
